Welcome to Wolfeboro Guesthouse; a fully renovated, custom home with modern updates that exude charm and character! The room is surrounded by windows that bring in the morning light and includes a sitting area. The bath is shared, but a private bath may be possible. Inquire with the host. The house has many features including a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a butler's pantry with a coffee bar, and a dining room. The space The property is conveniently located; it is a 6 minute drive to downtown and Brewster Academy, a 20 minute drive to Gunstock, 10 minutes to Albenaki Ski area, and 12 minutes to Mount Major. The house sits on 25 acres and in the morning, deer are often seen in the field. The house is a turn of the twentieth century gem and was the home of a former camp for girls. The house was built in 1900 and is an enchanting testament to its rich history and architectural wonder, but, as a result, it is not handicapped accessible. It has many stairs and steps throughout the house. All the bedrooms require stairs and there are steps on the first floor as well. There is a step leading from the kitchen to the hallway/coffee bar/butler's pantry. There is also a step from the hallway leading to the office area on the first floor. There is also a step leading out to the front, enclosed porch. Additionally, there are steps leading to the house. Guest access Guests are welcome in the common areas including the living room, the dining room and the coffee bar. With prior approval from the host, guests may possibly have some kitchen access. Just ask and we will try to accommodate.
