Comfort and Accommodation On the first floor, the flat features: A fully air-conditioned suite with a comfortable bed and complete linen set; A second bedroom with two single beds and an extra mattress, also equipped with air conditioning; A spacious and functional guest bathroom. The living room, designed for two environments, is cozy and airy, featuring a sofa bed and ceiling fan. It integrates perfectly with the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and all necessary utensils to prepare your meals with practicality and style. Highlight: Private Rooftop Area The main attraction of this flat is its exclusive rooftop area, designed for unforgettable moments of relaxation and entertainment. This private space includes: A private jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach; A barbecue grill and dining table, ideal for meals and gatherings; A peaceful and private environment, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. Guest access Maria Farinha Beach is located in the city of Paulista, about 30–35 km from Recife, and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Pernambuco, stretching for approximately 4 km. Highlights • Calm, shallow, and crystal-clear waters: perfect for swimming, families with children, and water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, and jet skiing. • Natural pools: at low tide, sandbanks and coral formations emerge, creating colorful fish habitats — accessible by boat or even on foot. • Biodiversity and scenery: surrounded by coconut trees, mangroves, and the Timbó River, where fresh and salt waters meet, offering a unique natural landscape. Leisure & Infrastructure • Water sports: popular activities include kayaking, SUP, and windsurfing in calm waters. Boat and catamaran tours to Coroa do Avião Island are also available. • Veneza Water Park: located nearby, it’s one of the largest water parks in Latin America, ideal for families and extra fun. • Kiosks and restaurants: plenty of beach bars offering snacks, seafood, and fresh coconut water — simple yet pleasant beachside dining options. Access & Location • Distance: about 30–35 km from Recife, via PE-001 highway. • How to get there: easily accessible by car, taxi, or Uber; local buses are available but private transport is more convenient. Bar da Banca Rustic seaside kiosks specializing in fresh seafood and local dishes — popular among locals for their good prices and relaxed atmosphere. Other things to note – Cleaning and Linen Services Linen change, full cleaning, or extra linen can be requested with 24 hours’ notice (paid service): • Linen change: R$ 60.00 • Cleaning only: R$ 90.00 • Full cleaning: R$ 140.00 A portable crib for children up to 18 kg (40 lbs) is available upon prior reservation for an additional fee of R$ 30.00 per day. – Items Provided in the Property Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Any replacements during the stay are the guest’s responsibility. We do not provide bottled water; the property has a water purifier available for use. All TVs are Smart TVs, and you may access them with your own personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out upon checkout). We do not share passwords. We provide a complete set of bed and bath linen, except for pool/beach towels. Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property. – Check-in and Check-out We can offer early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no guests arriving or leaving on the same day. Even if the property is not yet ready, you may access the condominium from 12 p.m. to enjoy the common areas. Attention: During January and July, access to the condominium is allowed from 12 p.m., and check-in to the property can be done until 4 p.m. (or earlier if cleaning is completed sooner, due to high guest turnover). This allows you to enjoy the facilities while waiting for entry. Weekend and holiday eve check-ins: available 24 hours at no extra cost. On other days, after 5 p.m., there is a R$ 50.00 reception fee, as we do not operate a 24-hour front desk. – Important Rules • Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the property capacity allows, visitors may be authorized in advance by sending their names for clearance at the gate. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. • Parties and loud music are not permitted.
