Full upstairs of 3 bed/1 bath ranch house on working farm (see pics) - Fully equipped kitchen/bath. Basement occupied by elderly man with all separate facilities. Basement can be locked from upstairs by pushing in the door knob. Laundry is in basement. [Hunting] Bordered on 3 sides by public hunting land (22,000 acres) [Boating and Fishing] (2) private ponds, White Oak Lake & Bragg Lake nearby [Outdoor Recreation] White Oak Lake State Park; Poison Springs State Park The space [For more info] Chidester and Surrounding area: www chidester info Poison Springs Wildlife Management Area: www agfc com/en/zone-map/747/ Guest access There is a basement with this house - only the upstairs (3/1) is available. the basement is permanently occupied by one older gentleman who gets around on a scooter and can't climb stairs. Stairs can be locked from the upstairs by pushing in the door knob. This will prevent anyone from coming up from the basement. Other things to note CHRISTIAN HOME: IF you are offended by a Christian atmosphere, Bibles, crosses, etc., go somewhere else. This is not the place for you. EXTRA PEOPLE: Please be sure to include the total number of people staying, otherwise extra per person fee will be DOUBLED. Let us know if there are any changes and make adjustments in your reservation. PETS: Let us know in advance. A pet fee is charged for each pet per stay. TV: We do NOT have Cable or Satellite - just a few local channels and Roku. Only 1 TV in living room, none in bedrooms. But Wi-Fi is good enough to stream. We do have DVD player+ popular movies.. DECORATIONS and Books, Toys, Etc. This is a Christian home decorated and supplied with Christian decor, scriptures, and Christian DVD's and books. There are many children's books, games and toys available. RULES: There is a rule book available on the kitchen table with other info about the area.
