The Space is a PRIVATE upstairs guest house which has its own secure entrance. Guest house is quite large with approximately 1300 square feet in space. House was completed in December 2023 and is extremely soundproof which offers you a perfect and peaceful escape. High end furnishings throughout the house with Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel accessories. 3 large 55 inch TV's in Living Room, Master bedroom and guest bedroom. Large Bedrooms with unique nooks and walk-in closets. Kitchen is fully furnished. It has everything you would need for your stay. It includes a Coffee Bar with a regular coffee maker, Keurig and Keurig pods. Variety of teas provided. Gas stove. Laundry closet has full size Washer and Dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Linen closet has several sets of towels and sheets. WIFI and high speed access provided. I furnished it with the thought that this is where I would want to stay if I was away on a business trip or on a vacation with family/friends. Guest access Secure Access: Guest access is via a separate and secure entrance. Guests must be able to climb steps. Security codes provided at CHECK-IN. Keep in mind this is a private and separate guest quarters that is upstairs. Porches: You have access to a quaint front porch to have coffee and relax in. You also have access to a large back porch that boasts of an English cottage garden. Parking: Very easy and generous. Drive up driveway and also a circular driveway. Parking available for 2 guest cars. Other things to note The Town of Roanoke is amazing and is walking distance from Cottage on Pine.
