I’d be delighted to welcome you to my peaceful design apartment in Smíchov City, just steps from Anděl metro. I have equipped it with care so couples, families and business travellers can feel at home. Enjoy quiet courtyard-facing rooms, free garage parking, fast Wi-Fi, two 65-inch smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities for children. Cafés, restaurants and shops are right outside, with Prague’s historic centre only minutes away. The space The apartment accommodates up to five guests and is arranged to make both short city breaks and longer stays comfortable. Its courtyard-facing rooms provide a peaceful retreat from the city, while custom-made furniture and thoughtfully designed lighting create a warm, contemporary atmosphere. A few welcome refreshments will be waiting for you on arrival, so you can settle in and relax after your journey. LIVING ROOM AND ENTERTAINMENT The bright living room features a comfortable sofa by an Italian brand. Its seats can be extended to create a more generous space for relaxing. When needed, the sofa can also be prepared as a comfortable single bed with a dedicated 80 × 200 cm mattress topper. The room includes a 65-inch smart TV, blackout curtains for privacy and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Access to Netflix, Disney+ and Oneplay with live TV is included. Other streaming apps are also installed, allowing you to sign in with your own account. KITCHEN The living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware and everything you need for a quick breakfast or a homemade dinner. The dining area features both upper and lower lighting, creating a warm and cozy evening atmosphere. BEDROOM The bedroom offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat with flexible sleeping arrangements. The centerpiece is a comfortable double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. On both sides of the bed, there are two pull-out single beds measuring 80 × 200 cm. Thanks to the windows facing a quiet inner courtyard, you can sleep with the windows open and wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. The bedroom also includes a large smart TV, storage space and blackout curtains. BATHROOM The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels and toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available in the apartment, making longer stays more convenient. FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN Families with children are especially welcome. The apartment includes a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, bathroom step stool, child toilet seat, children’s tableware and cutlery, and a selection of games and children’s toys. Please let me know before arrival if you would like the baby cot prepared for your stay. BUILDING AND PARKING The apartment is located in a newly built residence with a secure entrance and elevator. Free private parking in the underground garage is included. The garage has a wide entrance and direct elevator access to the apartment floor, making arrival easy even with luggage. LOCATION Anděl metro station is approximately 200 meters from the apartment. Metro line B offers quick direct connections to Národní třída, Můstek by Wenceslas Square, Florenc and other key locations in Prague. Thanks to the metro, you can easily reach the historic city center as well as many other parts of the city. The nearby Na Knížecí and Anděl tram stops provide direct connections to the Vltava riverbank, Prague Castle, Letná and other popular areas. The neighborhood offers many cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. Nový Smíchov shopping center, located about 500 meters from the apartment, includes international and Czech fashion brands, a large supermarket, restaurants and a modern cinema. Guest access The entire apartment will be yours during your stay. You’ll also have access to the shared residential courtyard and one private parking space in the underground garage. The building has a secure entrance and an elevator with direct access from the garage level. Self check-in is available, so you can arrive comfortably and independently. I’ll send you detailed check-in instructions before your arrival. Other things to note The local accommodation tax is included in the total price, so no additional accommodation tax will be collected on arrival. The apartment accommodates a maximum of five guests. Up to four guests can sleep in the bedroom, while the fifth guest sleeps on the prepared sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot is available free of charge. Please let me know before arrival if you would like it prepared for your stay. If you would like to arrive before the standard check-in time, please contact me at least one day in advance. I will be happy to check whether an earlier arrival is possible. This depends on the previous reservation and the time needed to prepare the apartment, so it cannot be guaranteed. The apartment is part of a peaceful residential building. Please be considerate of our neighbours, particularly in the shared areas and during the evening and night.
