Our Elegant Mala Strana 129m2 apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, a very spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, one toilet with a sink and one bathroom with a bathtub. An elegant and comfortable dining area with super large windows and mesmerising views of tramway and Petrin Gardens. - Bathroom with a bath tub. - Separate toilet with a sink. - A very well-equipped roomy kitchen with every comfort and a dining area for 4 guests. Our place has all the necessary amenities and equipment to make your stay a comfortable experience. Guest access Apartment is entirely designed for you. Other things to note - If your group size is 8 or less but you would like to use the sofa as a bed in order to stay more comfortably and sleep in separate beds there will be a 600CZK sofa fee per sofa per day applied. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure the sofa is set as bed. - Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. - Parties and loud gatherings are strongly prohibited. - Smoking both inside of the apartment and the building is strongly prohibited. Any smoking evidence proving the breach of this rule will result in a 10000CZK(400EUR) fine. - Pets are strongly prohibited. Any evidence of a pet being present will result in a fine of 10000CZK. - City TAX per adult 50CZK/day (2,10 Euros) to be paid on arrival date in cash. - Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information on the first day of your arrival. Please always send a short description of your group.
