Other things to note * ELECTRICITY: Your stay includes a daily electricity credit of 10 kWh per bedroom. Extra usage is charged at DOP $17.24 per kWh, based on meter readings at check-in and check-out. Thank you for being mindful of energy use during your stay. *LONG TERM STAY: Cleaning is on request and at an additional charge, and the guest is responsible for covering gas and electricity consumption. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests are required to submit a security deposit of $90 USD per bedroom, that will be released 48-72 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages or extra charges. The security deposit must be paid by credit card. * PRICE DOESN'T CHANGE BY NUMBER OF GUESTS *CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 10 days before arrival; No refunds within 10 days of arrival. * AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The airport is 20-minutes away.
