Located in the tranquil West Side Miramar neighborhood of Half Moon Bay, you'll enjoy easy access to scenic coastal trails, local shops, and pristine beaches. The space The first floor features a welcoming entryway. The first-floor bedroom and bathroom are accessible through the garage. No cars permitted in the garage. On the second floor, you'll find the luxurious primary bedroom with a California King bed, plush linens, elegant decor, en suite bathroom, and large windows showcasing beautiful ocean views. The cozy second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for guests or family. This floor has an additional well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and a refreshing shower. Rounding out the second floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances that is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complemented by a dining area with ample seating and an open living room with a smart TV. The third floor has a workspace with panoramic ocean views and a twin sleeper sofa. The highlight of the home is the expansive rooftop deck, offering unparalleled coastline views, an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or al fresco dining. The rooftop deck also features a cozy fire pit, perfect for gathering on cool evenings, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. Additional amenities include in-home laundry facilities with a washer and dryer and beach towels for your beach outings. Guest access Guests will receive a message via the booking platform messaging system at 4 PM the day before arrival with checkin instructions and a pre-arrival questionnaire. It is essential to read the messaging to get the correct directions to this property. GPS maps will not direct you appropriately. Other things to note Please note that this is a multi-level property with stairs to the main level. Having a car is highly recommended for those staying at this property to fully explore and enjoy the region. While Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available on the Coastside, their availability can be limited depending on demand.
