Stylish, comfortable interiors, two bedrooms plus a mezzanine single, fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living space overlooking a brook. Shared garden, countryside walks from the doorstep and village amenities nearby. A quiet Hampshire escape for up to five guests. The space Renovated in 2025, this converted barn sits on the edge of the village of Abbotts Ann, surrounded by water meadows and countryside. The bright, open-plan living space has large windows overlooking the garden and brook, with comfortable seating, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi and a smart TV are also provided. The barn sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms: one double and one twin, which can also be arranged as a double. An additional single bed sits in a mezzanine space upstairs, ideal for an older child or solo guest (but note this is not a private space). Upstairs, the main bathroom has both a walk-in shower and bath, with an additional WC downstairs. Outside, guests can enjoy the garden shared with the neighbouring mill house. A brook runs just beyond the patio, with water meadows beyond where you’ll often see birds and grazing animals. The garden is still being landscaped, but there is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Countryside footpaths and walks are close by, while local pubs, shops and Hampshire villages are within easy reach. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire barn and are welcome to enjoy the main garden, which is shared with the owners. The owners have a private patio beside and behind the mill house, which is not part of the guest area. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and essential amenities are provided. Children are very welcome, and a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. Please be aware that there are no stair gates and the garden includes an open brook with an unsecured bank, so young children require close supervision. Both bedrooms and the main bathroom are upstairs, so unfortunately the property is not wheelchair accessible. We don't accept pets due to the open garden, brook and surrounding wildlife. The shared garden is still being landscaped and should be considered a work in progress. WiFi is reliable throughout the barn, although mobile reception can be patchy depending on your network. Quiet hours are appreciated after 11pm. The property is easiest to reach by car, with free parking on site.
