You'll have your own driveway and private entrance — just walk through the front door and head upstairs to a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom suite. The space includes a comfortable pull-out couch, a stunning modern kitchen with an induction cooktop, air fryer, and everything you need for easy meals (please note: no oven). There is an outdoor seating area in the front of the property which is not directly on but visible from the road. Traffic is minimal. You're not above or below anyone — a family lives in a separate part of the property, but your suite is entirely your own. Take a short walk to nearby Florence Lake, and feel free to use the provided two-person sit-on kayak for a peaceful paddle. This truly is a one-of-a-kind property, perfect for a relaxing stay in a serene setting. Guest access Guests have a private entrance at the front of the house and full access to the entire front section of the home. You'll enter using a convenient keypad — your unique access code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Please note: the left driveway, backyard, and left side of the home are off-limits and not included in the rental. Enjoy your own private space with easy, contactless entry for a smooth and comfortable stay. Other things to note Instructions for cook top First Use & Daily Operation     1.    Place a compatible pot on a burner—induction senses the presence of cookware.     2.    Touch the control: the digital panel will light up for that zone.     3.    Choose power level (1–9) using +/- or sliding—lower for simmer, mid‑range for sauté, highest for boiling   .     4.    Use the 1–99 minute timer: select the cooking zone, press “Timer,” and set your minutes. The burner shuts off automatically when time’s up  .     5.    Pause function: touch “Pause” to immediately stop heating; touch again to resume  .     6.    Child lock: activate to disable all touch controls—great for safety around kids   To deactivate child lock hold lock for 3-5 seconds 7. Cleaning & Maintenance     •    Wait for surface to cool (check the “H” indicator), then wipe with a damp cloth.     •    Use the included glass-scraper or a suitable cooktop cleaner to gently remove residue—avoid harsh abrasives .
