L'écrin de Lidia is a property complex consisting of a 150 m2 Villa and two independent apartments of 29 and 32 m2. Renting this property ensures total privacy of the premises. The house is 20 minutes from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes BY CAR from supermarkets, and 2 from the MEET. Parties are not allowed. Outdoors = ZERO noise tolerance. House equipped with a noise and people detector. Please respect the neighborhood. The space Lidia's setting has been completely renovated very recently with quality amenities. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a sofa bed area set apart. Note that rooms 4 (green) and 5 communicate with each other via the shower/toilet The 2 apartments are fully equipped (toilet, shower, kitchen). The bedding is of high quality with beds 160 cm wide. Outside there is a 12 x 4 swimming pool, more than 200 m2 of terraces with outdoor furniture, 3 covered terraces allow you to find a shaded place at any time of day. In addition, there is a large parking lot (🅿️ ~ 10 cars), a playground, a lawn and flower beds on a square plot totaling 2500 m2. Guest access This rental gives you access to all the accommodations and ensures total privatization of the outdoor spaces. You also have access to a garage where there is a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, and a vacuum cleaner. Other things to note Dear guests, *We inform you that the house is equipped with a sound level sensor intended to ensure respect for the neighborhood. This sensor does not pick up or record any sound or conversation: it only measures the sound level in decibels. • The sensor is installed on the terrace, outside the main kitchen, from October to March. • It is moved to the wall of the technical room, from March to October. We also remind you that quiet hours must be respected, from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This Minut system alerts you (and us too) by SMS if the sound level is exceeded for 5 consecutive minutes.
