Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is brand new, fully renovated with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor with the 1/2 bath on the first floor. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed share the attached full bathroom. The apartment has all beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. You are supplied with a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and coffee pods, some cooking spices, all utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. We are located just off of the Albany-Hudson Electric Trail (Rail Trail). You will have direct access to it. To access the trail, just take a short walk across our back field and find the trail at the back of the field through a little mowed path. Or you can go a quarter mile down the road to the park and ride and pick up the trail from there. What else is nearby? Chatham is a ten minute car ride away. 25-30 minutes to Hudson or Albany. 40-45 minutes from Albany International Airport, 30 minutes to Hudson Train Station, 30 minutes to Rensselaer Train Station. Kinderhook is right up the road! Enjoy the farmers market during the summer months on Saturdays. Guest access Guests will be provided a key code to access the apartment. Check in details are messaged to guest 24 hours prior to check in date. Apartment number 2. Other things to note THIS IS A COMPLETELY SMOKE, DRUG, & PARTY FREE PROPERTY! Treat it like you would your own home. Keep it clean. Be respectful of the space and furniture. Turn off lights etc. when away. If you are bringing your dog, clean up after your pet-inside and outside! Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Cats are NOT allowed. This is a 4 person apartment! If you bring in extra people for staying with you without permission, there will be an additional charge/fine of $100 per person and this will be reflected in your review as well. There is absolutely no smoking allowed. If you smoke anything of any kind in the apartment, there will be a $500 fine.   If you have a party there will be a $1,000 fine. **PLEASE NOTE** Through the month of April 2026 from 8am-4pm there will be remodeling construction going on in the adjacent unit.
