The space We have ample accommodation for families and groups, we offer private suites, independent apartments and group rooms. Our guests can enjoy large and air-conditioned accommodation, has no luxury, but has free Wi-Fi. All with great spirits and hospitality, right by the sea!!! Guest access We offer our guests free of charge, to common areas such as Garage (check availability), Pool with waterfall, Garden and indoor lawn, covered patio, Cafeteria, simple shared kitchen for small meals with sandwich maker and microwave. During your stay Located on the beach of Setiba, the OCA RUCA family wants to offer a differentiated and economical accommodation. Because we are a family business, we try to make our guests feel like they are in their own home. Setiba Beach is the perfect place to enjoy and great for relaxing, close to nature. Other things to note It is important to note that we do not charge any extra fee for the space of the vehicle in our garage. However, the garage is very small and holds a maximum of 6 vehicles. Therefore, when the building has several guests allocated, there is no way to guarantee that there will be availability of space in the parking lot. This is a problem we have already identified, but it is difficult to solve, as we do not have more physical space on our premises. For this reason I ask for patience and understanding of all our dear guests, because we are still planning how we should resolve this impasse.
