La Rosita is a private and independent tiny house where staying feels like entering a little fairy tale. Among gardens, wood, stone and a romantic pergola, each space invites you to enjoy without haste, to converse, to share, to rest or simply to disconnect from the world for a moment. With a warm and friendly atmosphere, La Rosita is one of those places that you enjoy slowly. The space La Rosita is spread over two levels designed to enjoy the space with comfort and peace of mind. Upstairs is the bedroom and a cozy boho-style lounging area. Going down the stairs, you will discover a spacious bathroom surrounded by stone, plants and views of the garden, as well as a small room ideal for reading, drinking coffee or simply relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an adaptable island for eating, working or sharing a special moment. Outside you will find gardens, lawn, barbecue, areas to relax, and a lavender path that leads to a pergola with a hammock and a seating area. Every detail was designed to create a warm, intimate and pleasant experience. In addition, the space incorporates small sustainable practices and the company of three affectionate female dogs that usually steal the hearts of those who visit us. Guest access TRANSPORTATION Bus Two options: 20 de Diciembre or Andina. Route: Guano-Riobamba, cost: $0.36. The bus stop is in front of the house, buses stop there every 15 minutes Taxi Valley of the Nevados Cost: in Guano $1.20 to Riobamba $5. GARAGE Parking is private, inside the residence and with independent access. Other things to note 1. You can use the WASHER and DRYER for an additional cost depending on the quantity. 2. We have PETS, however they are very polite and will be your company during your stay if you like 3. Being located near the Guano River there are MOSQUITOES, I recommend having your repellent on hand.
