Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens. The space Our cozy cottage has a queen bedroom (with a desk area) as well as a double trundle bed in the living room. During the summer months, an additional two guests can sleep in the guest bunkie (unless extreme outdoor temperatures). The cottage is equipped with fiber optics internet as well as a TV with Chromecast streaming. In addition, there is a TV in the bedroom for watching movies (a varied selection is provided for your convenience). Board games and books are also provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, as well as a dishwasher for easy clean up. The spacious landscaped yard is fully fenced, with a fire pit and chairs. The large front deck includes a propane barbecue, and during the summer months also provides an outdoor dining area and chaise loungers for relaxing in the sun. For the warmer summer days, there's a screened gazebo with lighting and outdoor dining. Parking is included for a vehicle off the back entrance, as well as street parking in front of the property. With your safety in mind, the cottage also includes fire extinguishers, a fire blanket and a first aid kit. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, teapot and kettle, as well as coffee, variety of teas, creamer and sugar. if you prefer to bring your own coffee pods, a Keurig is also provided for your convenience. A small amount of firewood is avaliable upon arrival. Additional bagged firewood may be purchased locally (ie Domo).
