Come and enjoy our charming apartment in the heart of the Gourette resort. Designed for 6 people, it has just been largely redone and is fully equipped (1 large TV, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher...). It consists of 2 bunk beds (new mattress and bed bases), 1 sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom, toilet. Finally, 1 ski room with sledges at your disposal in the same building, at the foot of the slopes and all the shops The space Sheets and towels are not provided but the apartment has blankets and pillows. Housekeeping is not included in your rental. Cleaning products are available on-site to allow you to leave it in good condition for the following tenants. If you don't want to do the cleaning yourself, we can give you a contact on site who will take care of it, for a fee (to be paid directly). In case the accommodation needs to be cleaned after your departure, 100 euros will be withheld to allow us to do so. Guest access Access to the residence will be with the building concierge or with an access code depending on your day and time of arrival. A lockbox is available in front of the entrance, to the left of the apartment door (the code will be communicated to you a few hours before your arrival). Other things to note Other things to note - Pets not allowed. - No smoking in the apartment (except on the balcony of course) - Private room in the residence to drop off your skis safely. - Free parking nearby - Everything is walkable. No need to take the vehicle. - No cleaning fee, so cleaning must be done upon departure. Please note: sheets, tea towels, towels, dishwasher pods are not provided. Due to the work on the parking lot of the residence, the private parking lot is currently not accessible. On the other hand, the Place Sarrière parking lot located at the foot of the residence is open to the public during the summer season. During the winter season, you will have to park at the Ley parking lot located before the ski resort and take the free cable car that will take you to the resort.
