Charming fisherman's house in a fantastic location right on the water in the port of Cala Figuera. The bright, friendly house is modern and comfortably furnished and offers a great view of the harbor. The two double bedrooms and a shower room with double wash basin are located on the upper floor. The front bedroom has a balcony overlooking the water. On the middle floor is the fully equipped open kitchen with bar and bar stools, another shower room and the very attractive living-dining area with exit to the cozy covered terrace with a wonderful view of the water and the boats. In the basement is the boat garage and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. The house also has internet and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a De Longhi coffee machine, dishwasher, induction cooker and electric oven. Cala Figuera is a coastal town in the southeast of Mallorca with a picturesque fishing port in a beautiful bay with pine cliffs and clear water. Cala Santanyí with the fine white sandy beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The beautiful town of Santanyí is only 5 km away. There you will find everything for everyday needs, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Worth a visit is also the Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery at Felanitx, enthroned on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view of the island, or perhaps the well-attended Sunday market in Felanitx. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches of Cala Mondragó and S’Amarador. Not to be missed is the kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. The final cleaning costs €165 and is charged separately, as the obligatory tourist tax.
