LakeView Apartment A1-UA w/ Terrace

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be living directly on our Lake and almost inside the jungle. It's our own unique and super quiet get-away from noise and distraction. We are surrounded by our own community or nature loving like-minded people (surfers, artists, athletes, nomad-business women and men) who are swimming and paddling fishing and training with us. It's only a quick walk/run away from the famous Memory Beach Bar for a surf or some amazing swim in the sunset. The space The building is built directly on the corner of the south side or our own lake. Our magic land is 8,000sqm large and super quiet. You have access of the creek and lakes and can SUP and swim. The Appartement is directly on the lake, and it has a Terrace to it. We have planted close to 500 trees and made a lake and the creek that runs thru it. We like to consider it our own MineCraft-in-reality project. There is a large amount of garden available for BBQ or other activities. Behind the house is the jungle road to Memories Beach Bar for surfing, swimming, restaurant, bar or massage. You will pass the elephants camp too. It's a heaven in the middle of nowhere and if you like it quiet (you better do, as it is silent) there is almost nothing better. Guest access The garden is accessible by guests and you can walk around half of the lake and or swim or paddle in and on it. Inside the Guesthouse are 4 other units that are rented by other customers. There is also a laundry room you can use with payment. Other things to note We live here with our 2 children and our cats. My mom and Dad live in the house next and 2 of our best friends are on the same land community. Our internet is really good and this it suits the nomad style perfectly. It’s at least >400mbps. Make sure you have transport as it’s off the main road. We also offer or can arrange rental scooters, bicycles or cars. Or transport to and from the airport. There is no Grab or other transport app working in Khaolak. The Beach and The Board Factory Co., Ltd.... 1.5 km down the road is one if not the best surfing beach in Thailand, and 1 km up the road is our own beautiful Surfboard Factory where we design and produce some of the best boards in the Industry right here. And you can go check out how right with a coffee, some food (also Vegan available) and 1 of the largest RipCurl shops in Thailand.
