The space *** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES! *** This unit is in a community of 45 mountain cabins with a hot tub located at the Solitude Lodge, a few minutes by foot, and shared by all guests of the neighborhood. It closes strictly at 9pm. Check in is 4pm and later, and check out is 10am and earlier, with early check in available for a small fee but cannot be reserved until 24h before arrival and only then if the cleaning schedule allows for it. The owners have a dog, so this property may not be suitable for guests with severe dog allergies. This cabin has AC on the first floor only. This is now a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Gas is OK. ROAD CONDITIONS Estes has a great plow team and our parking area will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area!
