The property is just a 2-3 minute walk away from Abbey Road DLR Station, which is 2 stops away from the biggest mall in London, Westfield Stratford City. Ideal for families, friends, travellers, contractors, and business professionals. Easy access to central London and Canary Wharf by using the nearby station. The space The property consists of 2 floors with the living room, kitchen, garden and a toilet downstairs, and there are three bedrooms as well as a bathroom upstairs. Amazing living room with a smart TV which has Netflix, an extending dining table that can sit 6 - 8 people when fully extended, sofa bed and a pool table. The sofa bed turns into a double bed and can sleep 2 people. Modern fully fitted kitchen consisting of all of the essentials, including cutlery, plates, cooking equipment, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. The private back garden is connected to the living room and has seating, however the garden is not to be used after 9pm in order to not disturb the local residents. The two double rooms both have wardrobes as well as desks. The bunk bed room has storage as well. This property can sleep up to 8 people. - 2 in the first double bedroom - 2 in the second double bedroom - 2 in the bunk bed room - 2 on the double sofa bed in the living room - Driveway with 2 free car parking spaces - A fan per room - Hairdryers - Pool table - Board games - Fresh linen and towels - WiFi - Netflix - Iron and ironing board - Dishwasher - Coffee machine 🚆 Abbey Road DLR station is a 2-3 minute walk and Stratford station is 2 stops away. 🚍 Bus stop is a 3-4 minute walk consisting of the number 69, 262, 241, 473 and 276. 🏟️ London stadium and the Olympic park is a 25 minute walk. ✈️ London City Airport is 20 minutes away by train or around the same time by car subject to time of day and traffic. 🏢 London Excel is around 30 minutes away from Abbey Road station. 🛍️ Westfield Stratford City is 2 stops away from the local station, Abbey Road DLR. 🏟️ O2 Arena is 20 minutes away from Abbey Road station. Guest access Self check-in. Key safe is located outside the front door and the code will be provided on the day of check in. Other things to note CCTV in operation in the garden at the back of the house as well as in the front of the house. This is for the safety of the guests and the property. No internal CCTV’s on the property, only external cameras. No additional guests, including visitors, unless authorised by host before you make the booking. If unauthorised guests come into the property your booking will be cancelled without a refund. This will be monitored by the external cameras. Strictly no parties or gatherings at the property at all. No pets allowed. No access to the garden after 8pm until 8am - You can however individually go out, 1 by 1, to smoke if needed. No waiting or smoking outside in front of the house including drive way and street. We do not want to draw attention to our property or our guests, moreover disturb the neighbours. If for any reason the CCTV turns off, an individual or team will need to attend the property to fix the issue. We will let you know in advance. There are two bins inside and outside of the house, please place the recycling waste in the recycling bin, and general waste in the other bin, as labeled. Recycling is green bags and general waste is black bags. If not already done, bins need to be put out on Wednesday at the end of the drive to be collected on Thursdays. Each bin will be collected at a different time. The house has space for 2 cars on the driveway, please do not park on the neighbours drive which is past the brick line on the floor/driveway. Please make me aware if you will be using the driveway for any vehicles beforehand. No loud noises, including TV sound, music, shouting or speaking excessively loudly. No shoes upstairs. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. Please turn the gas button off which is located directly next to the cooker if the cooker is not in use. Please close the windows when leaving the property unattended. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. Our cleaning team will be waiting for you to checkout at 11am before they go inside the house. Unfortunately checkout and check in times can’t be changed as our cleaners stay for the whole duration.
