It features two cozy bedrooms, air conditioning for warm days, and blackout curtains to help you truly relax and recharge. Unwind in the living room, enjoy meals at the dining table, or cook something simple—we provide all the kitchen essentials. Of course, food delivery apps work great too. Outside, there’s a quiet garden area with playground equipment—perfect for kids or just catching a breath of fresh air. Guest access You’ll have full access to two bedrooms, each with two single beds, plus a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils for your convenience. Our favorite spot is the indoor terrace—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day in a calm, cozy setting. You can also enjoy the shared outdoor play area for children under 10, great for families traveling with kids. 🚭 For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the indoor terrace. Other things to note 🚗 About Parking and Access to the Condominium: Parking inside the gated community is communal and subject to availability. (There are no assigned spots.) If you find an available space upon arrival, you are welcome to use it. If not, you can park right in front of the condominium, on the street. 👥 Important Access Information: For the security of the community, the total number of guests must be correctly registered in your reservation. This ensures the guard can grant you access without any issues at check-in. If you need to make any changes, please update your reservation before your arrival.
