The space 🌾 Historic lakeside cereal box – simple self-catering cabin for up to 4 people Fish in front of the window, swimming fun around the corner: If you like nature, camping life and a dip in the cool water, this is the place to be. • In front of the hut: a small pond – a habitat for growing fish. • Next to the hut: a small stream. If you like, you can hang your feet in. • The right place to swim is about 100 m away: two large natural swimming ponds on our property with a sunbathing lawn, fish and real refreshment. Simple, charming cabin – ideal for hiking, swimming and unwinding. For those who are looking for a real camping feeling with a fixed roof over their heads – and appreciate the rustic. ________________________________________ 🛏 Listing at a glance: You will stay in a historic cereal box (approx. 3 × 4 m floor space) from the 18th century with expanded sleeping floor under the roof ridge (room height max. approx. 190 cm). Ideal for solo travelers, couples, friends or small families – close to nature, simple and with a lot of atmosphere. 🛌 Sleeping area in detail / attic: • 1 double bed (2 90×200 cm mattresses) • 2 single beds (90×200 cm) • All beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Bed 💡 use based on the number of people booked: • 1–2 people: 1 double bed or 2 twin beds • 2–3 people: 1 double bed + 1 single bed • 3–4 people: 1 double bed + 2 single beds ❤ For parents traveling with children 0-2 years: Infants up to 2 years sleep (free of charge) in their parents' bed. Additional cleaning fees apply when using an extra bed that has not been booked. Our cleaning lady is very meticulous on this point - just saying. Please note that the apartment is not designed for children (child-friendly equipment is not available). 🍽 Amenities on the ground floor: • Table with corner bench • Couch • Chest of drawers • Lighting, power sockets • Access to the bedroom via a homemade, steep and narrow wooden staircase (please note!) • Cutlery for 4 people, some cups, glasses, cutting board, kettle and filter coffee machine (both electric). Showers and toilets are located in the nearby main house of the campsite, about 50m away and also between the two waters opposite the bistro. Plumbing in the main house (building sign: "Camping"): • Separate women's and men's showers • Separate women's and men's toilet rooms • Changing rooms between the swimming lakes (also toilets available) • Washing machine with coin register (behind the main house by the garbage cans) • Clothes lines on the outside of the laundry room • Sink in the laundry room • Shared fridge in the outdoor kitchen • Children's area, playground, slide, volleyball court • 🛶 Inflatable boats on the water 👉 All facilities outside the cabin are shared with other guests. ________________________________________ Outdoor 🔥 fire pits: ☼ Fire pits: • Only allowed in designated places (bordered with stones, see photos) • You can bring your own firewood or, with advance notice (min. 2 days) available on site for a fee - can be ordered from local timber builders. Information is available upon request. • Do not leave the fire unattended • Please no food scraps/grease in the fire pit – Consideration of subsequent guests ________________________________________ Indoor 🔥 heating ☼ Cabin heating: • Summer: No heating. • Winter: A gas stove (on rollers, compatible with 5 kg and 11 kg propane gas bottles) is in the hut. 👉Guests please bring your own gas to the SELF-CATERING cabin.👈 • Note: Gas cylinders or just the gas filling are available in hardware stores in Austria in 5 kg and 11 kg sizes and are not expensive. 👉 Help from us: If you do not have your own gas bottle, you can optionally get one from us (we only get it from the operator of the "Campingstüberl") or directly from the hostess of the "Campingstüberl". The Campingstüberl is about 150 m from the hut – so it's not far away. Please note the opening hours of the innkeeper. 💡 If you want us to get the gas cylinder for you: Please let us know at least Let me know 2 days before arrival. You pay the costs on arrival on site or through the Airbnb mediation system. ⚠️ Important note on personal responsibility: Since this is a self-catering cabin, you are responsible for heating. If you arrive without a gas cylinder and have not booked our service in time (2 days in advance), you will have to take over the cabin without heating. Spontaneous on-site gas delivery or the provision of free gas is excluded. Just make sure you arrive well prepared so that you're comfortable from the start, and bring what you need :o) ________________________________________ ⛺ The cabin concept: Staying with us is like tent camping – but with a solid roof over your head, a cozy sleeping area, and a sofa! As this is a rustic self-catering cabin, the focus is on a simple, natural experience. This bistro is open during the warm season (summer season operation). 🍻🍽 Restaurant: In about 50-90 meters you can access the restaurant "Campingstüberl". Campingstüberl is open 6 days a week for high season and 5 days a week in the cold seasons. All information about this restaurant and its opening hours are provided by search engines. 🐕‍🦺 Important information about pets and dogs: Regular pets and dogs are expressly not allowed in this accommodation or on the entire property. Note for guests with legally protected service dogs: Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome in accordance with Airbnb's policies.
