Description of the room and amenities:: Private and charming room in an apartment of high standard in exclusive neighborhood. The room announcement is located outside the apartment with private bathroom and plenty of privacy. The kitchen is the provision for small meals and snacks, a wide variety of food delivery nearby. Cozy and private room with TV, comfortable single bed with wardrobe and Internet access / Wi-Fi (recently upgraded to a faster connection!!!). Amenities: - Pets Allowed - Elevator - Kitchen available - Doorman / 24 hours security - Washer - Dryer The Location:: The flat is located in Itaim Bibi very close to Vila Nova Conceição where you can find excellent restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, bakeries, very close to the brand new Shopping Iguatemi JK and Ibirapuera Park. There is bakery next door, Jesbel, where you must try a typical brazilian breakfast: Pao na Chapa and/or pao de queijo with a espresso or a "media" ( Brazilian white coffee). Insider tips:: For the girls Hairdresser next door, Luna Rossa, with excellent manicure, pedicure, hair treatments and waxing, of course! For the guys Steak House - Montana Grill owned by the most famous brazilian country singers duet, Chitaozinho e Xororo. For all Kiaora, gig venue next door for a great night out with live music! Sao Bento for a typical pub experience in Sao Paulo. To drink order chopp and 'escondidinho' to eat!!! Access:: It's one of the most posh areas in São Paulo. Easy access through Avenida 23 de Maio and Marginal Pinheiros. Close to bus stop and taxi stand. *** Important note *** Cleaning fee is R$ 70,00 every fortnight!
