Relax with 2-3 people with or without a dog from your activities in this cozy little accommodation near Hamburg. It is located at the end of a side road and leads directly into the dirt roads, cow meadows, the dog run, alpaca farm and the forest. The highway to Hamburg is only a few minutes away and then you are back in the hustle and bustle. Lockable bicycle box is available. No business activity is permitted. No parties or similar. No exercise of any trade. The space Our apartment is fully equipped. In addition to underfloor heating, you will find an additional heater in the bathroom which can be switched on by timer and an electric radiator next to the bed in case it should get fresh and the underfloor heating does not heat up quickly enough. Children are not allowed to enter the garden alone as we have a swimming pond with 1.50m depth. Parents are liable for their children. Terrace facing the street: Here the sun rises and you can have breakfast in "peace". Horses, alpacas, or dogs with their owners will come by. ​The front garden is secured by an electric gate and a gate for your dog and your car. Not for very small dogs! A lockable box is available for your bikes. Motorhomes park directly in front of the apartment on the street. Terrace to the garden: Here you can enjoy the evening sun or breakfast on warm days. For the electric grill there is a small folding table and an outlet. The terrace is secured by a gate and a fence. If the four-legged friends get along well, your dog can use the garden. Other things to note Parking Car parking in front of your apartment on the property (electric gate available), remote control on the small shelf next to the wardrobe cabinet. Motorhomes can park directly on the street in front of your apartment. Kitchen area In addition to cutlery and cooking utensils: Coffee maker with grinder, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, Refrigerator with small freezer, electric grill, coffee, coffee filter, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, salt, dishwasher, dishwashing tablets, dish towels, microfiber towels, sponger, paper roll, waste bag. - For dogs that are born, a Freezer. Double bed, mattresses (soft/hard side), small sofa bed, allergy pillows/blankets, sheets, blackout shutters and roller blinds.
