The Lille coziness with proximity to Hamburg

Relax with 2-3 people with or without a dog from your activities in this cozy little accommodation near Hamburg. It is located at the end of a side road and leads directly into the dirt roads, cow meadows, the dog run, alpaca farm and the forest. It's only a few minutes to the highway to Hamburg. No parties or similar. In the event of non-compliance, appropriate measures will be taken and the accommodation must be vacated. Check-in: Lockbox The code will be sent 1-2 days before your arrival. The space Our apartment is fully equipped. In addition to underfloor heating, you will find an extra heater in the bathroom that can be switched on using a timer, as well as an electric radiator next to the bed in case it gets chilly and the underfloor heating does not warm up quickly enough. Children are not allowed to enter the garden alone, as we have a natural swimming pool that is 1.50 m deep. Parents are liable for their children. ​The front garden is secured by an electric gate and a wicket gate for your dog(s) and your car. Not suitable for very small dogs! A lockable box is available for your bikes. Motorhomes can be parked right in front of the apartment on the street. Terrace leading to the garden: Here you can enjoy the evening sun or have breakfast on warm days. A small folding table and a power outlet are provided for the electric grill. The terrace is secured by a gate and a fence. If the dogs get along well, your dog is welcome to use the garden. The apartment (1 room, 35 m², plus bathroom) "Den Lille" accommodates 2-3 guests (no parties or similar; conducting business is prohibited). Guest access Children are not allowed to enter the garden as we have a swimming pond with 1.50m depth!!!! Parents are liable for their children!! Other things to note Parking Car parking in front of your apartment on the property (electric gate available), remote control on the small shelf next to the wardrobe cabinet. Motorhomes can park directly on the street in front of your apartment. Kitchen area In addition to cutlery and cooking utensils: Coffee maker with grinder, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, Refrigerator with small freezer, electric grill, coffee, coffee filter, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, salt, dishwasher, dishwashing tablets, dish towels, microfiber towels, sponger, paper roll, waste bag. - For dogs that are fed a raw diet, a small Freezer. This is then at your disposal in our garden shed in the front garden. Please let us know to turn this on. Living area -Cabinet, sideboard (electric grill), TV, radio, small sofa (sofa bed), -Washing bags for towels ect.. Please do not put dog towels in the laundry bags. Just leave it on the designated stand next to the entrance door. Baths Towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, washing machine, laundry detergent, wall tumble dryer, extra radiator with timer. Sleeping area. Double bed, mattresses (soft/hard side), small sofa bed, allergy pillows/blankets, sheets, blackout shutters and roller blinds.
