Like many on the island, it’s narrow and winding with a couple of dramatic drops, but this is part of the island’s unique charm. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas—living spaces, bedrooms, balconies, pool, BBQ area, terraces, and garage. The only restricted area is the pool room, which contains technical equipment and must remain closed for safety reasons. Everything else at Arbor Villa is yours to enjoy during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Other things to note 🧼 For longer stays, we can arrange optional weekly cleaning upon request—just let us know in advance. 🔥💧Pool Heating Pool heating is available for an additional €35 per night, and warms the water to 27ºC. This fee is standard for pool villas in Madeira due to the high energy consumption required to maintain a heated pool. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can ensure it reaches 27ºC in time for your stay. 🏊‍♂️ Pool maintenance is carried out once a week and takes around 15 minutes. We’ll always inform you beforehand to ensure minimal disruption. 🚗 Access to the villa is via a small local mountain road just off the main road. It sets the tone for your peaceful retreat at Arbor Villa—quiet, authentic, and tucked away in nature. The road can be a little bumpy in places, as with many rural lanes in Madeira.
