The season at CERVINO SKI PARADISE lasts all year round! Our 4-person apartment is located at 2200 m above sea level in the heart of CERVINO SKI PARADISE in the I Dadi condominium. I Dadi is located DIRECTLY AT one of the ROUTES of the 3rd best ski resort in the world CERVINO SKI PARADISE/ZERMATT MATTERNHORN. This location allows you to ski almost from the door and return to the apartment straight from the SKI IN-SKI OUT route The resort allows you to ski and admire the Alps on both the Italian and Swiss sides. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium, it is 35 m2 (living room with a sofa bed 160x200, bedroom with a bed 140x200, kitchen, bathroom and terrace). The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Alps and the Dent d'Hérens peak 4171m above sea level. The Aosta Valley is an autonomous administrative region in Italy, bordering Switzerland and France. It was here - to the Aosta Valley - that the Holy Father John Paul II went every year to rest and enjoy the amazing views of his beloved mountains. The Cervino Ski Paradise/ZERMATT MATTENHORN ski resort allows you to admire the Alps both on the Italian and Swiss side - when you enter Klein Matterhorn you can go down to Zermatt :). You can safely park your car in front of the condominium behind the barrier. In the condominium there is a paid laundry and drying room one floor below (1 eur/1h of washing - you need to have coins). The apartment includes a ski box (if possible, we provide 2 ski boxes depending on availability, as 1 ski box comfortably accommodates 2 sets of skis/boards). In the building opposite there is a small market, equipment rental and sale of ski passes and 2 restaurants (pizzeria and more exquisite regional cuisine). A ski bus stops at the condominium, which can take you to the center of Cervinia. Guest access In addition to the apartment, you can use the common areas of the Condominium - sofas and terraces as well as the laundry and drying room located one floor below - level "S" Other things to note Bed linen and towels are available on request - this is an additional cost of 15EUR per person - after making a reservation we will ask you to specify whether you wish to use this solution. The tourist tax in Italy is 2 EUR per person for the first 7 days of your stay. Please be very careful when using the stove/oven. The stove/oven is electric and does not turn off by itself - please remember to turn it off after cooking/baking. In Italy, third-party liability insurance (which can be purchased with a ski pass) and a helmet are mandatory. In Italy, registration of all guests is mandatory, therefore, due to the applicable law, please send the ID cards/passports of all guests no later than on the day of arrival - before check-in.
