Welcome to your home on the Skeena River. Located less than five minutes from groceries, liquor stores, local art shops, and the greatest fishing and wilderness of Northern BC. After a long day on the river systems or exploring the mountains, enjoy the view from the deck overlooking the mighty Skeena. Private suite with a separate entrance, a drying room, full kitchen, living room, bathroom with a soaker tub, and two queen size bedrooms with large closets. This is Terrace at its finest. The space A perfect place for transient workers needing a home away from home, or those looking for a mountain escape. The property is located on the Kerr Channel of the Skeena River. There is a large deck that overlooks the river. Ample parking for large vehicles or trailers. Guest access There is a separate entrance through the side basement door with a code you will receive on the day of your check in. There is ample parking in the driveway. Please keep your vehicles to the right-hand side closest to the cedars. The backyard is available for use, but please let me know as I have a very friendly dog who would love to say hi. If you are not comfortable I will keep her inside. Other things to note The Space: • The entryway is an area to hang and dry your gear, whether its fish, snow or work. The area is equipped with a small space heater with options for dry storage. • The living room has a very comfortable couch and lounge chair. There is a SMART TV with all necessary binging options. Please feel free to browse or read any of the nerdy biology books. Respectfully of course. • The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal, If there is anything you need or something missing, please let me know. • The bedrooms are both queen size beds. One room is larger than the other but both beds are very comfortable and there is ample closet space in both rooms. Other things to note: • The property is equipped with security cameras, so your boat, vehicle and gear will be securely parked.
