House accommodates 18 people (EXTRA PG). Ideal for families and friends. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and, at the same time, an atmosphere to enjoy with your children/friends. The house has a swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning stove, industrial stove, soccer field, game room with pool table, card table and foosball. Next to the house is a grocery store, butcher shop, fish market and a beautiful waterfall. The house is in a quiet, totally safe neighborhood. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH LINEN. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house, indoors and outdoors. Other things to note THE CLEANING FEE REFERS TO CLEANING THE HOUSE UPON GUEST ARRIVAL. THEREFORE, AT THE END OF THE STAY, THE DISHES MUST BE WASHED AND STORED COMPLETELY, THE GARBAGE MUST BE THROWN IN THE GARBAGE BUCKET INDICATED BY THE OWNER (rural area, the garbage collector only comes by this container). IF THESE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED, THERE WILL BE A FINE. The city of Socorro has attractions for all tastes, it has trails, waterfalls, extreme sports such as rafting, it has a cave, Pedra Bela Vista overlook (a breathtaking view at 1,250 meters altitude), Mirante do Cristo, Pico da Cascavel, and for those who like to shop, there is the Feira das Malhas.
