We have an exclusive place to work, fast internet, smart TV and free channels, laundry, full kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. Apartment located 300 meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy transportation to all places in the city, as well as to Macaé, Cabo Frio and other places of interest. We already offer bed and bath linens. The space The apartment has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and service area, all very large rooms. With air-conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and an exclusive workspace, it accommodates up to 4 people comfortably. The balcony and laundry are shared with another apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to an independent apartment, with only the access corridor and balconies being common.
