Guest suite in Burbank

It's attached to the main house but it's a completely private studio with a separate entrance and it's own kitchen with dining/work area, 1 double bed and a full bathroom. Full access to free washer/dryer, backyard and front yard. Street parking only with plenty of spaces. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Next to the Chandler bike/walk path. 2 mi from Warner Bros Studios, 4 mi from Universal Studios, 3 mi to downtown Burbank and 2 mi from the Burbank Airport it's wonderfully located! The space The house is in a lovely neighborhood in Burbank. Very close to all the studios, Hollywood, short drive to Santa Monica and all the other beach cities. Theme parks are also close by. The Magnolia antique strip is within walking distance which hosts occasional street fairs. Guest access Guests will have access to their private area only, not the main house. There are two separate entrance options for the suite. The front yard, a small backyard are available to enjoy. There is also a washer and dryer on premise. Other things to note The parking will only be street parking but there are always plenty of spaces available. If moving something large or heavy, we can grant access to the driveway if needed.
