THIS SPACE FOLLOWS AIRBNB'S ADVANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL. Cozy and wonderful 1-story house, located in downtown Apizaco. Excellent location a few blocks from restaurants, bars, convenience stores, cinema, among others. The house has excellent essential services (Internet, Netflix), as well as a garage (5.0 meters long) for a small or medium-sized sedan or SUV. We accept small or medium-sized pets; large pets with prior approval. The space IMPORTANT! THIS SPACE FOLLOWS AIRBNB'S ADVANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL, DEVELOPED BY EXPERTS AND IN COLLABORATION WITH ECOLAB®, A WORLD LEADER IN CLEANING AND HYGIENE TECHNOLOGIES. General points to consider before and after each reservation: - Each STAY automatically has a minimum 24-hour RESERVATION MARGIN between STAYS (Time recommended by the UNITED STATES AND EUROPEAN DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL CENTERS). You can be 100% sure that your reservation won't be attached to someone else's. These 24 hours will allow us to correctly apply the "AIRBNB PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL", thus helping to combat the spread of the virus. - All high-touch surfaces, such as the access keypad, knobs, keys, handles, toilet seats, etc. are completely sanitized. - Cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies are used, and our professional cleaning team uses protective equipment to help prevent CROSS-CONTAMINATION. - A FIVE-STEP CLEANING PROCESS is applied throughout the space. - Each room is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized, using extensive cleaning checklists and following a specific order by room type, risk level and contamination. - Extra cleaning supplies will be provided so our guests can clean as they stay and feel safe. - Our space complies with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. If you have made your reservation with us, upon arrival at the space you will find a printed "QUICK GUIDE TO THE AIRBNB FIVE-STEP CLEANING PROCESS". The house has an excellent layout. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a closet for clothes and a full bathroom in each of them. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances to prepare your breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time. - Refrigerator. -Microwave. -Coffee maker. -Toaster. -Oven. -A blender In general, the house has amenities that will make your visit a very pleasant experience: -Hot and cold water with excellent pressure at all times. -Excellent speed Wi-Fi Internet. -LED screen with internet. -The TV has video streaming services such as NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO (Amazon), YouTube, etc. -Shampoo and Body Shower in each of the bathrooms. -Each guest will have a super soft Bath Towel, 100% Hygrocotton (100% Cotton) with a high absorption capacity and softness thanks to its special fabric. There is no better feeling than getting out of a long hot shower and wrapping yourself in this luxurious towel. -Each double bed has 100% cotton 450 thread count sheets. The soft and pleasant texture of these sheets will captivate you from the first contact. The quality of this special fabric offers all the comfort you need for your rest. Likewise, the space has a backyard with synthetic grass and a central patio with a water source, to which we will gradually add details to make the house a more welcoming space with each visit. There is a service room at the bottom of the garden, which has a washing machine and cleaning supplies for guests to use. The garage has space for a small or medium sedan or SUV (5.0 meters long). We are animal lovers and especially dogs; so the house is "Pet Friendly" for small and medium breed dogs. But if your dog is a large breed and is quiet, we will have no problem accepting it. We mention this because the backyard has synthetic grass, and we would like it to be kept clean and in excellent condition for as long as possible so that other guests can enjoy it :) If you visit us with pets, help us to continue to maintain this rule, keeping the house clean and tidy. In general, the house is handed over in the same condition in which it was received :) Thank you so much and have a happy and pleasant stay! Guest access Guests have full access to 100% of the space. Other things to note The house has low water pressure, so a pressurizing pump has been installed to increase the pressure throughout the house. This pressure helps the instant heater system turn on properly. It is RECOMMENDED that the guest turns on the pump so that the heater turns on properly and there is hot and pressurized water in all bathrooms. When finished, it is recommended to turn off the pump.
