This vintage house was built in 1973 with a large balcony and vegetable garden. The cleaning fee is not a service during guest's stay but it is a service after the stay for the next guest. Guest could not access to some area showing PRIVATE which are store room and host's refrigerator. From my house, it is convenient to travel to Pattaya, Ayuttaya and floating markets. It is easy to get to tourist attractions such as Chatuchak weekend market, Grand Palace, river cruise, Platinum shopping mall, etc. Only 3 minutes walk to 7-11 and plenty of restaurants and street food nearby. Other things to note: -No shoes in house - When not in room, please turn off the air conditioning and all electricity. - Please shut the window or the door to avoid mosquitos or insects coming. - When open the window, please turn off the A/C to help global warming. - The house may not be suitable for those who have problem going up and down the staircase. -No smoking all area in the house.
