The spacious living room features plush furniture and tasteful decor. The well equipped kitchen will include most comforts of home. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed, and the second bedroom also includes a queen size bed, both with premium linens. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Your booking includes one underground parking space (6’2” clearance). Shared laundry facilities are located at the end of the 20th floor - free to use. Guest access During your stay you will have exclusive use of the underground parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the shared laundry machines at the end of the hall (20th floor). Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Feel free to use the gym located on the parking level across from the elevator, and the shared rooftop patio. The code for the rooftop patio will be supplied in the suite. Other things to note - Guest Count: Please make sure to include the correct number of guests when booking. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the suite. If you’re planning to have visitors, please reach out in advance for approval. Visitors may not stay overnight, and approval is not guaranteed. - Mail & Packages: Guests are not permitted to use the suite’s mailbox. We do not provide a mailbox key or check it regularly. If you need to receive mail or packages during your stay, please arrange for delivery to a P.O. Box or alternate location. - Building Access: For everyone's safety, please do not let anyone into the building or parkade unless they are your guest and you are expecting them. All residents and visitors should have their own access fob or be buzzed in by the individual they are visiting. - Air Conditioning: The suite features floor-to-ceiling windows, which can impact how well the central AC performs during extreme heat. A portable AC unit can be provided to help keep the space comfortable if needed. - TV & Streaming: Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming accounts on the smart TV. Please note that access to streaming subscriptions is not included with your stay. - House Rules: By booking, guests agree to read and follow all house rules, including any signs or notices posted in the suite by the host or property manager. - Check-In Instructions: Please be sure to read your check-in instructions carefully before you arrive, as on-the-spot check-in support may be limited. - Parking is at your own risk and the host is not responsible for damages or theft. Be sure to remove belongings from your vehicle.
