The space Casita Camino al Mar is a Boutique Palapa Style Private Villa that offers 3 King Bedrooms (with a small loft with 2 twin beds in each room) just a 30 second walk from the front door to miles of Sandy Beach in the Seaside Village of Bucerias, just 10 mi north of the PVR Airport & 10 min from Sayulita/Punta Mita. Why stay in a condo when you can experience a private stylish home, large private heated pool, and best of all your own amazing cook who grocery shops and prepares homemade meals daily (except for her day off on Sunday). Maid service is also included. We know how special vacations are and we've tried to think of everything to make yours one to remember! The Location is Ideal for Exploring the Beach (a 30 second walk from the front door) and the Small Town’s Artisan Market, Shops, Art Galleries, and Great Restaurants all within a just a few minutes walk. The Casita blurs the lines between Indoors and Out and Offers over 3,000 square feet of Combined Indoor/Outdoor Living Spaces, including Garden Lounge Areas, an Outdoor Beach Shower, a Large Covered Pergola with Bar and Grill for Outdoor Entertaining, and Features a Large Heated Swimming Pool (35 ft X 16 ft) and a Relaxing Stone Fountain Cascade that Spills into the Pool. Artistic Decor with a Mexican Feel throughout make this Coastal Beach Casita a Unique Find! The Casita can sleep a Maximum of 6 adults and 6 kids (in the small loft space that has 2 twins beds in each of the 3 rooms). Add $40 US/per extra guest per night over 6 guests. Large Groups (8 or More Bedrooms): The Casita can be combined with the Hacienda next door (7 Bedrooms-(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Property 203258) for a Total of 10 Bedrooms with 2 Private Pools. This is a great option for Beach Weddings, Milestone Celebrations and Family Reunions! Minimum 8 Bedroom Reservation Required (3 BR casita + 5 BR in main villa) to combine both properties for one group. Please inquire for rates and details. The 2 villas are completely independent and private of one another and do not share any common space as they were built on 2 individual/separate lots. When rented together, we open up a door near the pool area so that guests can go between the two properties. When rented separately, the door is part of the wall and remains locked. Guest access Guests have access to everything at the villa - this is your home away from home. The villa is always only rented privately to one family at a time so there are no shared spaces or amenities. The pool and grounds are private. We have wifi internet, free calls to the US and Canada, an ipod/bluetooth compatible stereo (bring your own aux cable), beach and pool toys, all beach towels and linens included, hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Basically, all the comforts of home for a weekly rental are included. Other things to note Last minute (less than a week prior to stay Summer Special-$350 US/night for up to 6 guests ($30 US/per extra guest charge over 6) is from May-October(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Minimum stay is 7 nights for Christmas (Dec 19-26 or Dec 20-27), New Years week (Dec 26/27/28 -Jan 2/3/4 5) and 5 night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Easter weeks. Special rates and weekly discounts don't apply to Holidays and all Holiday reservations are non refundable. 3 night minimum stay between mid April-end of October. 5 night min stay Nov-mid April with a Saturday arrival or departure unless the rental is last minute (less than 30 days out, 3 night minimum). Long term/30% monthly discounted rates The villa can sleep a maximum of 6 adults and 6 children (3 king rooms each w/a small loft with 2 twin beds for older children). We also have 4 fold out twin size sleeping mats for smaller children to share a parent's room without having to climb the ladder to the loft. We have a porta crib and high chair, as well. All 3 bedrooms have a/c units. There are ceiling fans in the outdoor terrace. The pool is heated in the winter.
