Windrose walk to town & Beach!

The Windrose House, set atop a hill just 5 minutes walk to town and the beach is the perfect spot for a family vacation. A private sprawling front yard and back garden, ideal for games of hide-and-seek and family BBQs. Beautifully updated, comfortable, open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lazy breakfasts in the large eat-in kitchen before packing up for the beach, or a day exploring Block Island's Greenway trails, hunting for glass floats! This is the perfect spot to explore The space The home, with four bedrooms, is the perfect escape for large families, friends or multi-generation vacations! This is a single family home, the bedroom on the first floor does have a handicap accessible bathroom, and no steps into the home, however, it is not certified handicap accessible. There is a gravel walkway into home. Guest access Guests will have access to the full home except a portion of the basement where we store our personal belongings. There is a washer and dryer in the guest side of basement for guest use. Other things to note Although you do have a private backyard, there are neighbors! Along with the basic respect for neighbors, our policy is that excessive foul language and loud rude or suggestive language will not be tolerated. We are not ideal for large groups of adults looking for the party scene, and do require that any events or parties are not held on premises are cleared PRIOR to booking, and may incur additional charges. Any damages done to the home are the sole responsibility of the guest whom booked, and parties asked to depart early due to any of the above will not be refunded under any circumstances. >We are on less than one acre, but there is potential to come into contact with wild muskrats, deer, feral cats, wasps, hornets, spiders, snakes, fire ants, mosquitoes, and other woodland creatures. There is also the potential to come across poison ivy and other vegetation harmful to humans. Your stay is AT YOUR OWN RISK. As a guest of the property, you agree that the hosts shall not liable for injury, harm, inconvenience, or death related to wildlife and/or vegetation. Please dispose of trash and/or food properly, as anything left out or outdoors attracts wildlife. >We do not allow bonfires or shooting/hunting of any kind. >We do NOT allow parties or events without PRIOR authorization. Unauthorized gatherings of any kind are immediate grounds for expulsion from the property. >Reservation-owner must be one of the guests on-site and is liable for all travelers accompanying them. >We do not allow possession or use of illicit drugs anywhere on the property or around it. >Hosts are not responsible for any personal property brought on-site. Upon request, personal property left behind will be mailed to guest at guest’s expense. Personal property left behind will be disposed of after one week, should no return request be received.
