Located right on the beach private owned modern Beach Apartment in the luxury apartment building THE STRAND of Curaçao. An apartment to enjoy and spend a relaxing time on Curacao! It has a beautiful PRIVATE BEACH and pool with palapas (see pictures). The apartment provides all the comfort you need, situated on the 3rd floor (very private terrace), with spectacular OCEAN VIEWS! This luxurious private owned apartment on walking distance from Willemstad near good restaurants in area Pietermaai The space Our spacious (completely renovated e.g all new appliances and redecorated January 2024), air-conditioned apartment (EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN , WITH SILENT MODE AND REMOTE CONTROL, AIR-CONDITION UNIT) Situated right on the beach it has a stylish, modern décor and has a spectacular SEA/BEACH VIEW with a stunning terrace. Direct Beach access. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its ensuite luxurious bathroom (with rainshower). The other walk-in closet is the laundry closet including a washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuumcleaner and safe. The second bedroom has also its ensuite bathroom (with rainshower). Both bathrooms ( master and 2nd bedroom) are equal size and high quality finishing. These two bedrooms each have a ceiling fan AS WELL AS OFF COURSE A SPLIT UNIT AIR-CONDITION. The smaller 3rd bedroom (only for one person) has a twin size boxspring (* 120x200 cm) and a ensuite small bathroom with shower and sink and off course its own split air-conditioning unit. The apartment has a 3rd separate guest toilet. The Italian kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a small breakfast bar. The indoor living area is cozy with art from local artists and has a flat screen TV with ANDROID TV BOX and a large ceiling fan. Each bedroom has its own airconditioning split unit. The apartment has a private high speed WIFI ! Electricity 220V 2 pin european sockets. The luxury apartment is excellent 'BUILT AT THE WIND', which means that you, by opening windows and doors, you can play with the wind and let the wonderful Carribean breeze in which gives a natural "air-conditioning" . Even in the warmest months of the year your stay in the apartment will be wonderfully comfortable! The living area has a large ceiling fan. On the secluded terrace (it is very private) there is a luxurious lounge set where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset with the sounds of the ocean in evening with a nice glass of wine. It also has a large dining table with 6 dining room chairs. There is one private parking place available on the gated grounds. Top quality materials and finishing have been used as this is our private property. Besides the private high speed wifi in the apartment there is also free wifi on the beach. Relax by the outdoor pool or relax on the secluded private beach (with beach loungers) where you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful sea or go snorkeling. Our apartment in The Strand of Curacao has 24 hour security, is very centrally located and is situated next to the very popular and beautiful in colonial style hotel Avila Beach (this hotel has a great gym which is also available for non guests staying at the Avila Beach hotel but off course to be paid for at the hotel as not being guests of the hotel). Several restaurants and a supermarket are on walking distance. Go and visit the area of Pietermaai Small with lovely restaurants and a the very nice jazz cafe Mr Porter (all at walking distance) also St. Tropez , De Heeren at Sea, Esty's Brasserie, Mosa, Sal, Rozendaels, Bij Blauw and Ginger are wonderful restaurants. All on walking distance from the appartement. The center of Willemstad is on a walkable distance and the apartment is near to the most popular beach of Curacao "Mambo Beach"(Madero beach - sea aquarium) Willemstad: The capital city is less than half a mile from the apartment, Willemstad boasts Dutch architecture due to its colonial past with the Netherlands. Hato International Airport is 7.5 miles away. Guest access Guests have acces to the swimming pool, private beach including beach loungers, palapas which provide you with plenty of shade on the beach and a private swimming pool. Private parking space is available on the gated grounds of The Strand of Curacao. Other things to note NOTE: Electricity is expensive on the island. Each bedroom has airconditioning for evening use. If airconditioning is used in excess, guests will be charged the going rate at the end of their stay. The rent includes the average use of electricity of 40 kWh per day . The excess electricity consumption will be charged at check-out. This is to avoid excessive usage of water and electricity.
