Ground floor apartment makes it very easy for coming and going. The front door of the apartment is just inside the front door of the home. It is a secured door to your own apartment. Unrestricted and always available street parking just across from my home This home is equipped with an all new and re-done kitchen including stovetop burners, under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, and dishes. There is a large cable TV if you prefer to stay in. Keep in touch with family and friends with the high speed wireless internet! Use of the washer and drier in the home is also available. There is a dog in the home but he is not in the private apartment. He is a Wheaten Terrier and does not shed. Wheaten Terriers love people and he gets along well with other dogs. It is about a mile walk up from Sunset Blvd bus line. Other things to note • Please only book my place if you can check out by 11am the day of your departure. I keep a pretty busy schedule and usually have someone checking in the same day. Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest. • Check in time the day of arrival is 3pm or after. • No late night check-ins please. • The couch can be pulled out to a bed to sleep for an extra guest. • I try and keep my prices lower then others offering the same kind of apartment.
