The house is 4 minutes from the Pumpkin House, 18-20 minutes from Marshall University campus, about 20 minutes to South Point, Ohio and 15 minutes from Ashland, Kentucky. Neighborhood is very quiet although it is at the intersection of three States. My house is yours and I will be happy to help you navigate the area full of restaurants (Italian and Mexican), stores (CVS, Dollar General, and an 125-year old pharmacy). The house is 4 minutes to I-64. Break or stay, it is a peaceful environment! The space The house is spacious and almost all the area is yours. Living room has a turntable if you are a fan of vinyls.
