Great 2 Bedroom in Luxury Condo in Playa

A very short walk to 5th Ave and the beach. This condominium in downtown Playa del Carmen has a modern design, close to everything, marble floors with fans and a/c. Fully accessible even to those with mobility issues.  Great service amenities such as elevator, pool, hot tub, security intercom, remote controlled access to the underground parking area, coded entrance for added security, a water softening plant and beautifully manicured grounds & common areas. Safe, Cable TV, fast wifi. The space This luxury apartment is in a perfect location, close to everywhere but quiet. Just a short stroll to the beach and 5th Avenue with its nightlife, dining, shopping and bars. Walmart and Mega for groceries are only 1 block away. Even with this central location, a quiet night's rest is assured. Surrounded by fantastic local eateries, just watch where the locals go...delicious and economical. ADO (bus to Cancun airport and Tulum) is just 2 blocks away. The condominium was completed in 2013, and is in impeccable condition. It's very secure, with a high surrounding wall and an electronic gate. Guest access The condo has 4 floors and 16 apartments with secure, private underground parking garage, elevators, and tropical gardens. The roof top with ocean view includes swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun beds. With only 16 units, you're likely to find the pool and jacuzzi on the roof deck uncrowded for swimming, tanning or for enjoying spectacular sunrises and sunsets.  Security intercom connects to the building’s front entrance, there is a safe, cable TV with English and Spanish channels and private high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove and dishwasher as well as a laundry area with washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have 1 king-size bed and 2 twins, and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished. Other things to note After visiting playa del carmen many times, I fell in love with the place and bought this condo to share with others. It is a very short walk no more than 5 minutes to the middle of 5th Avenue and another short minute to the beach. I timed it and walked a leisurely stroll and it was 4 min 37 seconds and less than another minute to the beach. My short female friend walked to 5th in high heals in 5:37 seconds so dont be fooled by rental that say 5 or 10 minutes but put you far out of the way! The internet speed is fast and is reliable. It really is in the perfect location especially for long term stays where you want to be able to experience everything Playa has to offer but be able to be away from the crowds. Long terms Guests (over a month) are responsible for electricity over 400 watts. There is a gym close by that offers day passes which can be purchased for a nominal fee from the property manager.
