The parking lot will be available from July 1, 2025! My design house is located in a quiet residential area in Hino City, known as the hometown of the Shinsengumi. Free rental bicycle is available, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the surrounding area. Recommended occupancy is 9 guests. ■Mori no Kabe(Art Green wall) Each room is equipped with a green-themed mural as a design room . It comes with indirect lighting with adjustable brightness. Forget about your daily life and enjoy the experience of being in the forest! ■Japanese garden We have created a mini Japanese garden in the garden. Enjoy the tasteful Japanese wabi-sabi! ■Netflix viewing available Each room is equipped with a TV, so you can watch Netflix. Enjoy your favorite dramas and movies! *3 TVs available, Netflix can be watched on up to 2 TVs at the same time ■Simmons mattress The two beds on the second floor are equipped with Simmons mattresses, which are also used in first-class hotels and offer a high-quality sleeping experience. Experience the ultimate sleep! ■Tendo Mokko personal chair (with mini table) We have two chairs on the veranda of the bedroom on the first floor and one in the bedroom on the second floor. Enjoy your own time with a chair with a beautiful and soft form unique to Tendo Mokko! Other things to note ・ Key information will be sent 3 days prior to check-in. ・ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building(including balcony and entrance etc.). Please search the smoking areas in the neighborhood. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. ・When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. ・ Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. ・Actual costs for repair, replacement, or disposal of damaged or lost equipment or fixtures may be charged separately. ・After check-out, if large items such as suitcases are left in the room, a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged. Please note that additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used. ・It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day. ・Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed. ・Since this is a private residence cleaning, the finished cleaning may not meet your expectations due to the subjectivity of the viewer. ・Bed linens may differ from those in the photo due to replacement. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property. We will also charge for any associated repairs and to the room. The guest who makes the reservation is 100% responsible for the guest himself/herself and those staying with all guests. 【FAQ】 ・Children accommodation charge Children up to 6 years old are free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. 7 years old and older are charged an 1 person’s rate the same as adults. Please be sure to bring your own towels, etc., as we do not provide amenities for children sleeping with parents. ・Telephone service hours 9:00-23:00. Please contact us by e-mail after the above hours or in case of emergency. ・Check-In procedure Self check-in. There is no staff in our facility. After you create a reservation, you will receive an Email for a URL about how to access the room. Also Room Key information will be sent 3 days prior to check-in. Please make sure to check all details before you come here. I recommend you to download all the info beforehand. ・Early check-in Not accepting early check in. However, you can leave your luggage at the entrance after 13:00. ＊If you wish to leave your luggage before check-in time and cleaning has not been completed, please come back after check-in time. ・Late check-out Not accepting late check out. Additional fees may be charged after check-out time. We do not accept luggage storage after check-out. ・Primary Languages These rules will be made in Japanese and English. However , if there are any discrepancies or differences between translations , the Japanese version should be pointed out as the primary one regarding the rules.
