Other things to note You’ll find everything you need right here. The rental price includes all utilities: electricity, water, and internet. The pool comes filled (we can vacuum it whenever needed), and all beds are made up with linens. We also provide a full large water jug; bath, hand, and beach towels (towel exchange included); bathroom essentials (toilet paper and soap); trash bags; and coffee kits for the drip coffee maker. COOK: We include the services of the area's best cook, Lulu, for one meal a day. Groceries are not included. If you wish to add more cooking services, I can share Lulu's contact details once the booking is confirmed so you can get a quote. She offers great rates and has received excellent reviews from previous guests—10 out of 10. CLEANING: We can provide cleaning services during your stay for a modest fee.
