The space Lovely, freshly painted, spotlessly clean large "Guest Suite". Set up with a brand new 10 inch thick memory foam mattress and queen bed, comfortable couches and television with cable. Wifi in apartment. Spacious dining area in well equipped kitchenette, full sink, dishes, toaster oven, microwave, French press and drip coffee makers, hot water kettle for tea. Single burner and pots and pans. Full bath and shower in renovated bathroom. You have access to our brick walled enclosed perennial garden. While this is our family's back yard, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy your coffee in the Spring, Summer and early Fall. Our unit is 2 floors and you will have the garden floor guest suite. While we adhere to NYC Local Law 18 that mandates that the townhome space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel their privacy is fully respected throughout their stay . Guest access You will have the entire "Guest Suite" to yourself. You may see us occasionally in shared hallway. The back yard is our family space, however we welcome you to sit and relax there in season. During your stay Our family lives upstairs. We are available for questions, however you will have complete privacy during your stay. As this is our family's home, all guests must be respectful of our quiet times. Absolutely no smoking, parties or additional overnight guests Other things to note Visit NYC by day, or stay in Brooklyn and explore. We are one short block from the subway! As it is the city and we live close to 4th Ave (a busy street) you will hear street noise in the front of the Guest Suite. It's Brooklyn after all! Please note: We live in our home as well, and it is over 100 years old.
