Situated just above Hollywood Boulevard + Sunset Strip, the house is north of West Hollywood and west of Hollywood. Laurel Canyon is iconic neighborhood known for its rock and folk musical legacy because it's an oasis of nature right in the middle of Hollywood/Sunset Strip- simply go up the hill for beautiful hikes and scenic overlooks or down the hill for all the nightlife, restaurants and action. Parking is on-site on the driveway / Carport There is NO smoking inside the house under any circumstances. Due to recent fire laws - you CANNOT smoke outside in Laurel Canyon. This is an City of LA rental law given all the fire issues in Los Angeles. Absolutely NO PARTIES, large gatherings, or events. This is a home for you to enjoy. We have a very strict neighborhood association that will deactivate my Airbnb (and yours) if there are any issues. I must get written pre-approval for any events/gatherings for Airbnb guests or forfeit security deposit. JACUZZI can only be used after bathing and no alcohol. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS please. The jacuzzi MUST be returned in the condition you found it or we will need to charge an additional cleaning fee depending on conditions it can be $75 - $400 (if it's so bad that it has to be drained) TRASH comes on THURSDAYS at 6am so please put out trash WEDNESDAY NIGHT-- please bring in cans on in the PM or by FRIDAY so they don't roll down the hill.
