Excellent apartment on the 5th floor in a condominium with complete infrastructure: Le Bon Vivant. Located on the best beach in Arraial do Cabo, Praia Grande. Exit from the condominium directly onto the beach. Newly opened condominium with swimming pool and sauna very close to the City Center. (Common Areas obeying the rules of the City Hall: Swimming pool, Sauna, playroom, etc... Temporarily released but due to Pandemic - always confirm in the questions field). The space The apartment is a typical vacation property, accommodating (up to) 6 people. It has the basics needed for the guest's comfort. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker and other utensils. Laundry with a sink and iron. Bathroom with electric shower, hairdryer and iron. Bedroom with a queen-size bed, 2 Tok Stok sofa beds and a large sofa. It has a turbo fan in the house and air conditioning. The living room has two sofa beds that can be used and another (not a cane) that accommodates well. Flat-screen TV, Internet, Netflix, dining table. Split air conditioning with pre-programmed operation. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, sauna and parking for one vehicle. Note: During the Pandemic, Common Areas such as the Pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi are temporarily open and may be closed according to the City Hall's rules. Further clarification in the questions field. Other things to note We ask that all questions about the property be answered before the instant booking request. The apartment as well as the condominium have rules that are passed on as soon as the reservation is confirmed. We are once again offering bed and bath linens! We ask that before the Reservation, you indicate whether you will rent with Linen items or not. For the use of Linens, a fee of R$ 250.00 is charged for Pre-cleaning costs. (1 bed and bath kit per couple).
