This waterfront cottage has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River. My husband and I have lived here for more than 20 years. We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River. Or enjoying a great glass of wine (or Wisconsin beer) while watching a spectacular summer sunset from the deck. Expect peace and tranquility as we are far enough from Downtown Dells to avoid the crowds and noise. We look forward to hosting you and your loved ones. The space Cottage includes one bedroom with a Full-size bed and a full bathroom (shower) and living area in the basement (with full-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping area). The space is private, featuring its own entrance and basement, accessible only to you and your guests during your stay. The living area has a TV with cable and Amazon Fire TV, wireless internet, a breakfast nook, and a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster, and a coffee pot). The main bedroom is on the ground level, and the bathroom, living room, and Murphy bed are located on the basement level. We (the owners) live in the main house. You will also have access to a beautiful backyard and deck overlooking the Wisconsin River. Great space with table and chairs to seat, read a book, sip a glass of wine or simply enjoy the views. There is a gas grill as well so the possibilities are endless! All the utensils and silverware are provided. Guest access The cottage has its own, private entrance. Our guests have access to a bedroom (Full-size bed), full bathroom and living area in the basement (with full-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping area). All indoors areas are private - only you and your guests will have access during your stay. The main bedroom is on the ground level, and the bathroom, living room, and Murphy bed are located on the basement level. Guests also have access to a beautiful backyard patio and deck overlooking the Wisconsin River. Other things to note Our cottage can host up to four (4) guests. Pets are allowed; however, there is a pet fee. Please include any pets you will be bringing when making the reservation. Also, we have kayaks for rent (separate), upon availability.
