The fully furnished shared room/installer's room is located in a 4-person shared apartment near Munich. The room is 18 square meters and has its own lockable entrance door. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The Petershausen S-Bahn station can be reached in 20 minutes by car. From there, Munich Central Station can be reached in 28 minutes (RB) or 38 minutes (S-Bahn). Currently, rooms 1, 2 and 4 are permanently rented to nice, friendly people. The space Quiet location with very good connections to Munich. Ideal for commuters to Munich or students who want to live further outside. Schrobenhausen is 3 km away. There are all the shops for everyday needs. As well as cafes, restaurants and cinemas. Aresing is located in the triangle between Ingolstadt, Augsburg and Munich. In Aresing there are also good opportunities for all leisure sports.
