If your friends or kids are joining you, the couch will make into a separate sleeping area for them. From this cozy condo, you’ll enjoy the fabulous ocean views of the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay, and watch the stunning sunsets while sitting on the ocean-view balcony. A large, open-concept kitchen with quartz counters and a dining area makes for a great dinner location, or you can choose to dine on the balcony. The air conditioners keep the condo cool and comfortable. There is plenty of free parking for your car, golf cart, or whatever mode of transportation you prefer. Situated directly on the beach, you can wake up to howler monkeys making their morning rounds, and walk to one of 6 beach restaurants serving local Costa Rican and International foods. A medical plaza is across the street for medical, dental, or pharmaceutical needs and groceries (10 minute) are within walking distance. Nearby, enjoy great live music and nightlife, yoga under the palapa to the sound of the ocean, massages on the beach, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and more. There is easy transportation to the condo from Liberia International Airport, and local rental vehicles can be delivered to the condo. Come and enjoy one of the world’s great Blue Zones! Guest access You will have access to all areas of the condo, the balcony, the swimming pool, the pool deck with lounges and chairs, the grassy area between the condo and the beach, and the beach itself. Laundry can be done right in the condo with the washer and dryer provided (and detergent), and there is plenty of free parking. Other things to note We purchased this condo in 2018 and have added it to our offerings in the Flamingo/Potrero area. At this time, we have rentals available in the beach communities of Flamingo, Potrero, and Hermosa all in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
