- Beautiful rustic house for 38 people with eight cabins. - EXCLUSIVE for ONE GROUP, located three blocks from the Basilica de la Virgen del Carmen. - Large beach, pool with slide and shower, jacuzzi, natural kiosks, sun loungers; - Satellite TV and living rooms. Internet. Large dining room, BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen. - Billiard and pool tables, ping pong, foosball; frog and board games. - Parking for four cars. 24-hour manager. The space The cabins, in addition to spacious and open spaces, have a view of the pool, which always makes the atmosphere fresh and pleasant. Other things to note - The person in charge of the tour will enter the property 15 minutes before the agreed time (9:45 am). The house will be handed over to this person and the rules to be followed will be reminded again. Immediately after, the other guests can enter - Music is allowed without time restriction only with volume control in compliance with the Police Code and out of respect for the neighbors. - No parties or events allowed. (Only family gatherings: birthdays, graduations, anniversaries) - Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. - The cabins are delivered perfectly made with sheets and bedspreads. Guests must bring BATH and POOL towels. - You won't find any personal toiletries. - The cabins are for the EXCLUSIVE use of ONE GROUP of GUESTS. They are rented for A MINIMUM of 15 GUESTS and A MAXIMUM of 38 GUESTS. THE PAGE LIQUIDATES UP TO 16 GUESTS. IF THE GROUP IS GREATER THAN 16 PEOPLE, THE SURPLUS PER PERSON WILL BE CANCELED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE CABINS. - Check-in time is from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm - Check-out is at 5:00 pm Strict compliance with the schedule is requested - PETS are not allowed - You must bring a sound speaker. The house has a WiFi connection area, if necessary to activate the devices. - Because it is located in an urban area, THE NORMAL NOISES OF LIFE ARE HEARD IN A VERY ACTIVE VILLAGE. -If you do not hire the assistant service in the kitchen, we recommend as a precaution to stay in the kitchen while preparing food at least two people to avoid accidents. Children must not enter this area for any reason. The kitchen must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received. Bringing EXTRA LARGE trash bags is recommended as the trash can is large. - For safety reasons, it is NOT allowed to consume bottled drinks or glass cups in any of the spaces of the house. These should be in cans or disposable cups. Do not consume food or drinks in the pool. The parking lot is for 5 cars. If more arrive, they must use public parking.
