Walk to the Beach!! Spectacular Ocean Views in fully Renovated Villa!!

Welcome to our piece of paradise in beautiful Puerto Rico!!! We have recently acquired and completed a full renovation of the villa. The accommodations include two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a bunk bed(full/full) and a walk-in closet and the other one with a queen size bed. It accommodates six guest by using a queen size air mattress that’s provided. Each of the two bedrooms have an awesome view towards the ocean. The villa has two full bathrooms that have been exquisitely renovated and decorated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with high-end, full size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. There are also a toaster, coffee maker and blender for your convenience. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer. Necessary detergents are provided. Four beach chairs and a cooler are located in the laundry for you to use. Cable TV is provided with multiple English channels. Internet is available in the villa. There is a grill in the back terrace for the use of our guest as well. The villa is literally around 100 feet from the beach where you can relax by using some of the lounge chairs provided by the Embassy Suites next door or bring the ones that are provided in the villa. The complex has a kids and a regular size pool. It also has a nice playground if you are traveling with small children. There is security 24/7 in the complex. There are multiple restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa. You can also walk to them as well. It would take about 10 minutes to walk to them as well. There is also a shopping area right outside the community where you can find a grocery store, pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens), fast food, etc. It is our goal for you to feel like you are at home and that you have a great time.
