High barrel ceilings, white oak floors and garden views fill the space with light and calm. Just one block away, College Ave is lined with vibrant cafés, bookshops and restaurants. Elmwood is one of Berkeley's loveliest neighborhoods — leafy streets, historic homes and a genuinely local feel. UC Berkeley, the Greek Theater and several parks are all within easy walking distance. The space Whether for a few days or a few weeks, the cottage is set up for a comfortable stay with a dedicated workspace, super-fast fiber wifi and large-capacity washer/dryer included. The kitchen is one of the highlights: Carrara marble counters, a walk-in pantry and updated full-size appliances make it a pleasure to cook at home. Outside, the private 250-square-foot deck is a lovely spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening meal surrounded by the garden. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bathroom with tub and shower. Private entrance with self check-in and a parking permit for one car is included with your stay. Guest access The cottage is accessed through a side gate at the end of the driveway, to the right of the front house. Check-in is between 4–9pm — just let us know your arrival time and we'll make sure everything is ready. Other things to note The neighborhood is lively and close to campus, so street parking is limited to 2 hours. A parking permit for one car is included — just display it upon arrival. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. Please mention your dog when booking.
